1. CORPORATE FINANCE EXECUTIVE

?

REQUIREMENTS

-????????? The Ideal Candidate will have 4 ? 5 years experience in the financial services industry particularly, in The Nigerian Capital Market.

-????????? The Candidate must have excellent knowledge of financial instruments, issuance of prospectuses and investment management.

-????????? Solid quantitative skills to support thorough understanding and analysis of financial data

-????????? Superior writing, editing, public speaking a n d presentation skills and the ability to succinctly describe complex financial structures and products

-????????? Ability to write standard research reports

-????????? Good portfolio/Fund Management skills

-????????? Proficiency in MS Office applications

-????????? Good interpersonal skills

-????????? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a high pressure business environment

-????????? Degree in any Business discipline, Accounting or Economics with at least 4 ? 5 years post-NYSC work experience in an investment banking institution.

-????????? Additional professional certifications/qualifications such as ACA, ACS, CFA or an MBA are a strong plus.

1. OPERATING LEASE EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS

-????????? The Ideal Candidates will have 5-6 years experience in operating lease marketing, administration and monitoring.

-????????? He/she must be able to show demonstrable business development skills and previous experience in selling operating leases to medium sized and large corporate.

-????????? Sound expertise in development processes and product (operating lease) marketing.

-????????? Good knowledge of the varied aspects of asset management.

-????????? Solid operating lease computation skills including evaluating residual value.

-????????? Good knowledge of assert life cycle management.

-????????? Good understanding of the nuances of fleet management.

-????????? Effective lease assert procurement strategies

-????????? Proper understanding of varied risks inherent in operating leases.

-????????? Ability to gauge varied approaches to remarketing.

-????????? Proficiency in MS Office applications.

-????????? Undergraduate degree in Accounting or any other Business discipline with at least 5-5 years post- NYSC experience in Operating Lease in a Financial Institution are desirable.

-????????? Additional professional certifications / qualifications such as ACA, or an MBA are a strong plus.
