WordStorm!
WordStorm - Nanaimo's popular Spoken Word and Open Mike event takes place on the fourth Monday of October at Diners Rendezvous, 489 Wallace Street, Nanaimo. Come on October 24th to enjoy readers presenting their own poetry, prose or monologue.
Come just to listen and be entertained, or sign up to be part of the entertainment. Everyone is welcome!
This month WordStorm will feature twenty readers, all encouraged to come in Hallowe'en costume.
Reservations are recommended. Consider coming early for dinner to enjoy the wonderful food at Diners Rendezvous 250-753-0042. For WordStorm itself, doors open at 6:30 and the program begins at 7:00.
