Medical Device Sales Trainer - ASTD Job Bank

Education:

Bachelor Degree.

Certifications:

Instructional Design desired but not required.

Experience:

3-5 years Medical Device sales required.

Training experience:4 years preferred.

Experience in adult education principles, competency modeling preferred.

LMS implementation and administration experience preferred.

Vendor and Project management experience preferred.

Computer expertise in MS Office, business writing skills.

Competencies:

Highly motivated self starter with the commitment to see projects to their completion

Demonstrates creative thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches.

Demonstrates high degree of multi-cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence.

Successful demonstration of adaptability/flexibility.

Ability to establish and maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
